ExploreStar is a unique enrichment program for middle schoolers designed to promote hands-on, active learning in and out of the classroom. The components of the ExploreStar Program provide a variety of educational, yet fun experiences and allow each camper to tailor the program to his or her interests and summer goals. Led by both teachers and professionals, campers have the opportunity to learn from the best. Whether your interest lies in digital movie making or designing a tote bag, cartooning or cooking, sports or science, we have the perfect summer in store for you.
Designed in seven one-week sessions, ExploreStar offers flexibility for families to plan around vacation and other summer activities. However, we hope you will want to come all summer to experience as many of these exciting workshops as possible!
The ExploreStar day is divided into morning and afternoon options. As you build your individual schedule, you can choose both morning and afternoon workshops, or select Summer Studies courses and combine with ExploreStar workshops to make a full day.
