Wisconsin Avenue Structure Schedule for June 19, 2006 through July 7, 2006
 
  • Sidewalk work at the Harrison loading dock is complete. Loading dock fencing and surrounding landscaping to be completed week of 6/19.
  • Installation of finish asphalt paving for South drive completed on 6/13. Finish asphalt paving for North drive rescheduled for 6/20.
  • Landscaping installation of shrubs and trees surrounding garage is substantially complete. Installation of perennial plants, vines, and ground cover to be determined by Sidwell School.
  • Replacement of damaged portions of Wisconsin Ave. sidewalk to be complete by 6/16.
  • Sandfilter interior installations underway and to be completed after North drive finish asphalt paving.
  • Garage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (M.E.P.) systems are substantially complete.
  • H.V.A.C. testing and balancing to be performed week of 6/19.
  • Installation of steel railing and stairs is substantially complete.
  • Garage parking space line stripping is substantially complete. Space numbers to be installed by 6/26.
  • Installation of the synthetic turf field is substantially complete.
  • Lowering of trellis level fence complete. Field level fencing to be complete by 6/20.
  • Field scoreboard installed on 6/15. Electrical connections to scoreboard and painting of support posts to be complete by 6/20.
  • The parking garage and B&G offices will be substantially complete by 6/30/2006. Punch list items to be complete by 7/15/2006.

Middle School Schedule for June 20 through July 4, 2006

Set the Air Handler Unit (AHU-2) at the Renovation. This will require the
closure of 37th Street on 6/24/06.
Test plumbing waste, domestic water, HVAC piping
Continue MEP piping, plumbing, & equipment connections in basement
Install duct work on all Levels
Install boiler breaching & stacks
Complete hook up of Cooling Towers
Install all chase/shaft duct work and piping
Install control conduit
Fire seal all shaft wall & floor penetrations
Install hangers in the Renovation
Complete duct work in the Addition
Install HVAC piping, plumbing in the Renovation
Install exhaust fans and dampers in Solar Chimneys

Electrical
Connect MCC equipment
Conduit installation on Levels B, 1 ,2 ,3 of both structures
Connect Switchgear
Complete the construction of the duct bank to Wannan Gym
Complete duct bank to pull box tie-in
